The first step is to pre-qualify with one of Starpointe’s preferred lenders and complete the Bidder Registration Form and send it by email, fax, mail or personal delivery to the Auction Information Office on or before December 10. 2009. Remote Bidders must also sign the Remote Bidding Agreement and Escrow Instructions and submit this plus the $2,000 “Good Funds” to the Auction Office by 10 a.m. (MST) on December 10, 2009. REMOTE TELEPHONE BIDDERS: Telephone bidders will be provided with a website address so that they may watch the Auction live over the Internet. (System testing to ensure compatibility must be completed prior to Auction Day.) To facilitate the submission of bids, an Intellimarket™ bidding assistant will stay on the telephone with the Remote Bidder throughout the auction. REMOTE INTERNET BIDDERS: Remote Internet Bidders will be provided with an Internet Bidding Instruction Booklet and must complete, prior to Auction Day, a telephone training session with an Intellimarket™ Internet bidding coach.
