Twelfth Floor

Occupying the top, twelfth floor are five penthouses. Similarly arranged as their lower-floor counterparts, four of these residences additionally incorporate spiral staircases leading to private roof decks from which unfold breathtaking perspectives of the Los Angeles cityscape.

Presented in a choice of one, two or three bedrooms designs, these penthouses all feature open and airy arrangements in which the everyday living and entertaining areas flow one into the other.
